Board certified physicians review your health information and determine whether prescription treatment is appropriate for you.

Choose the treatment or testing you're interested in and complete checkout. You'll then access the ANUWELL member portal to complete your medical intake. A licensed clinician independently determines whether treatment is medically appropriate. Payment does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued or medication dispensed. Some states or treatments may require a live consultation. If approved, your prescription is sent to the dispensing pharmacy for fulfillment.

No. Your medication ships via Rush No-Contact delivery; a signature is not required.

Once your prescription is approved, it is sent to the dispensing pharmacy for processing and shipment. Timing varies by medication and pharmacy, and tracking information is provided when your shipment is ready. When a prescription is issued, it is fulfilled by an independently licensed pharmacy partner based on the medication prescribed, the patient’s state and availability. The dispensing pharmacy is independently responsible for dispensing, labeling and shipping the medication directly to the patient.

You'll be billed for your medication when it ships based on the treatment plan you select.

ANUWELL does not currently bill health insurance directly. Treatment pricing is displayed upfront so you know the cost before getting started.

Yes. Telehealth allows licensed clinicians to evaluate and prescribe treatment when clinically appropriate. Requirements can vary by state and treatment, and some patients may be required to complete a live consultation.

Refill and cancellation options depend on the treatment plan you select. You can manage your care through your ANUWELL account, and applicable renewal or cancellation terms are shown with your treatment.

State and federal rules generally prohibit the return of dispensed prescription medication. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or compromised in transit, please contact our team so the issue can be reviewed and, where appropriate, a replacement arranged.
